Super 222 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, to verify the accuracy of registration details. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Super 222 are conducted in MYR. Accepted payment methods are Malaysian local options only, including:

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Super 222 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

In the event of account closure due to a serious breach of terms, Super 222 reserves the right to freeze all funds in the account while an investigation is conducted. If the breach is confirmed, those funds may be forfeited without compensation to the member concerned.

Super 222's Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Super 222 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of participating in games or placing bets on the platform.
• Service disruptions, technical failures, or downtime beyond Super 222's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Financial or personal decisions made by members based on information obtained from the Super 222 platform.

Super 222's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
